1. Service Overview Go Errands Kenya provides fast, reliable, and professional errand and delivery services across Nairobi and other regions in Kenya. Our services include parcel delivery, document handling, shopping errands, corporate errands, and specialized logistics support. 2. Delivery Commitment We strive to deliver all items within the agreed timelines. Same-day delivery is available for selected services within Nairobi. Delivery timelines may vary depending on distance, traffic, weather conditions, and order volume. Customers will be notified in case of any unexpected delays. 3. Customer Responsibilities To ensure smooth service delivery, customers are required to: Provide accurate pickup and delivery details (location, contact person, phone number). Properly package items to prevent damage during transit. Clearly disclose the nature of items being delivered. Ensure availability of the recipient at the time of delivery. 4. Prohibited Items Go Errands Kenya does not transport: Illegal goods or substances Hazardous materials Weapons or explosives Perishable goods without proper packaging Items that violate Kenyan laws or regulations 5. Liability & Damage Policy Go Errands Kenya takes reasonable care in handling all deliveries. However, we shall not be held liable for: Damage caused by poor or insufficient packaging by the customer Fragile items not declared in advance Loss or damage due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, theft, natural events) For high-value items, customers are advised to arrange their own insurance prior to delivery. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 6. Proof of Delivery Deliveries are confirmed through: Recipient signature, OR Delivery confirmation via phone/photo (where applicable) Once delivery is confirmed, Go Errands is no longer responsible for the item. 7. Failed Deliveries If the recipient is unavailable: The rider will attempt to contact the recipient. A re-delivery fee may apply. After multiple failed attempts, the item may be returned to the sender at an additional cost. 8. Payment Policy Payment must be made before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Corporate clients may operate under agreed billing terms. All service charges will be communicated prior to dispatch. 9. Cancellation Policy Orders can be canceled before dispatch at no cost. Once dispatch has occurred, a cancellation fee may apply based on distance covered. 10. Privacy & Confidentiality Go Errands respects customer privacy. All personal and delivery information is handled securely and used strictly for service purposes. 11. Service Coverage Primary operations: Nairobi Extended services available across Kenya depending on availability.
