Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or using Go Errands Kenya services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. Acceptance of Terms By engaging Go Errands Kenya, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These terms apply to all services provided by Go Errands Kenya. 2. Scope of Services Go Errands Kenya provides delivery, logistics, and errand services including but not limited to: Parcel and document delivery Shopping and personal errands Corporate and business errands Specialized delivery services All services are subject to availability and operational capacity. 3. Client Obligations The Client agrees to: Provide accurate and complete delivery details Properly package all items for safe transportation Clearly declare item contents, especially fragile or valuable goods Ensure the recipient is available at the delivery location Go Errands Kenya shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the Client. 4. Prohibited Items The Client shall not request delivery of: Illegal goods or substances Hazardous or flammable materials Weapons, explosives, or controlled items Any items prohibited under Kenyan law Go Errands reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these conditions. 5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted under Kenyan law: Go Errands Kenya shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay arising from: Poor or inadequate packaging by the Client Fragile items not declared prior to delivery Acts beyond reasonable control (accidents, theft, weather, traffic, or force majeure events) Go Errands Kenya’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the cost of the delivery service only, and shall not extend to the value of the item. Clients are encouraged to arrange independent insurance for high-value items. 6. Risk Transfer All items are transported at the Client’s risk. Risk transfers to the recipient upon successful delivery confirmation. 7. Delivery Confirmation Delivery is deemed complete when: The item is received and signed for, OR Delivery confirmation (call, SMS, or photo evidence) is obtained After confirmation, Go Errands bears no further responsibility. 8. Delays While we strive for timely delivery, Go Errands Kenya does not guarantee delivery times. Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances shall not result in liability. 9. Failed Delivery Attempts If the recipient is unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Unclaimed items may be returned to the sender at the Client’s cost. 10. Payments All services must be paid in full before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Corporate clients may operate under separate billing agreements. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 11. Cancellations & Refunds Orders canceled before dispatch may be refunded. Once dispatch has occurred, cancellation fees will apply. No refunds shall be issued for completed services. 12. Indemnity The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Errands Kenya, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from: The nature of the items delivered Breach of these Terms by the Client Any unlawful use of the service 13. Privacy Policy Client information is collected and used strictly for service delivery purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Kenya. 14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved within Kenyan jurisdiction. 15. Amendments Go Errands Kenya reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Payment and cancellation conditions depend on request status, provider confirmations, and posted policy updates.
